I booked a package deal on Expedia and was worried when I saw the reviews. So I called the front desk and spoke to Moya the manager. She was awesome. Asked if we had any special requests. I told her we drink alot of coffee. She made sure we had a coffee maker in the room. She reassured me that all the rooms were renovated. True to her word the room was brand new. Kinda like a new car rental. It was great. The pool was clean and refreshing and we loved using the cabana. The best part was the price . What a deal.

Overall, stay was okay. They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement. I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Pool area relaxed atmosphere with little cabanas to stay out of sun, super cute.The coffee was magnificent. The room was comfy. I would give this stay a 10 but I would have to drop 2 points due to the internet breaking up throughout my entire 2 night stay!!

Kitchen had a microwave and a rather noisy refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. First room had no wifi discovered after unpacking. Bathroom was newly renovated but had the slipperiest floor i ever encountered in a hotel. No shelves in shower required throwing soap, shampoo on floor in order to wash. No towel bars in bathroom requiring using toilet as a table. Construction (not hotels fault) ran from 6-8 so a bit noisy.

Internet did not work the entire time in any of the buildings. I spoke to many guests. So none of the tvs worked. No cable no nothing. They are being renovated but whoever is doing the work is doing an absolutely trash job with everything! It was clean. They do have a lot of cleaning ladies but poorly done!

No coffee machine in room. The shower had no place to set the soap or shampoo. No shower door so the floor always got wet. Room was small and cramped. Charged $75 for essentials but nothing was in the room. I don’t know why they have this charge. House keeping cleaned but took old towels and never left us new ones.

Look, I’ve stated it in every other review there’s roaches not a single amenity is open nor works for what they charge is absolutely atrocious. Can’t even get out of the shower with your feet turning completely black OK I knew for a fact that they didn’t change the sheets prior to me and it’s just it’s disgusting and then what they charge, especially knowing all this not even their Wi-Fi nor smart TV works that’s how much of the hell they’re lying about their amenities

They are the biggest scam dirty the size of the rooms and especially when not one single amenity that they say they have a pool to a gym graphic, including simple Wi-Fi and smart TV access. They don’t even have that so I missed so many days of work because of it and the Danis for that every sock and towel I couldn’t even get out of the shower with That to jump back in from our dirty my feet were from their floors and then.

Discussing roaches nothing works in the staff is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been staying there for two weeks. They’re in a professional review and because I fell asleep all night cause I was up till 6 AM doing business because I had to go somewhere else and leave the property because their Wi-Fi does not exist while you’re on the property all of a sudden they came banging on my door and like demanded that I got out because I don’t know how I guess go pay $25 for a new security fee at the desk is horrible disgusting embarrassing oh and not to mention that it was barely like not even worth showering there because by the time you walked out of the shower and took one step all of a sudden, and your feet were black

Room was clean but in a “under construction way. The front desk was nice but management was messaged multiple times and never got back to me. They didn’t provide anything in the room. No iron (i asked for one and they told me they would look for one) no laundry bag, no toiletries other than horrible bad soap and a shampoo, and the room was extremely basic. I wouldn’t stay there again. I’ll pay the extra money to find a place that’s comfortable to be in and responsive.
