"Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower."

"Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the on sight bar area where you could play games such as darts, shuffleboard, ps5, very chilled vibe. "

"Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. "Historic old building in a beautiful setting. Quirky but relaxing and the outdoor spa is an amazing experience. Clean comfortable room. No refrigerator though. I was in a newer extension towards the rear of the hotel and the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the extractor fans from the bathrooms around me. But zero traffic noise."
