"Good"

"Pull out couch was not even able to be used.It was so lumpy and bumpy and spring's hanging out. Bar food was fair. Seemed like the price charged worse price gouging. Due to the fact that there were new arrests events going on down in lakewood, ranch, one of them being the kids soccer tournament, and that was taking full advantage of the need for hotels."

"Originally my room had a gas leak and the fire alarm was going off. I requested a new room. The next room was the most disgusting unclean place I have ever been to. I literally checked out the next day and requested a refund for the rest of my trip. There were fruit flies all over the room, cigarettes burns in the sheets, the curtains look liked they have never been cleaned once since purchased. The beds were basically pull out bed. Very thin and no cushioning. Sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. If it wasn’t so late I would have never stayed the one night. Also someone or some people tried to get into my room in the middle of the night. I was too scared to sleep due to disgusting condition of the room and my environment. They will never see me again. "

"Pool was very nice. Had some hardware issues that prevented a pool food order to be missed. Printer was down and so no tickets were hand written. One employee was very rude… forgot who the customer was and made excuses instead of apologies. She was a black spot on the one night stay. Front desk was awesome. "

"Wifi sucks, I couldn’t get to do any homework, the wifi keeps going in and out. No one comes to clean your room, you have to request for someone to clean your room but no one told me that’s what I have to do till its check out time and i mentioned it that’s when i found out That i needed to request. There’s a surprise fee of $4 i asked the staff why there’s a fee, she said she doesn’t know why lol "

"The Hampton Team was exceptional as always, appreciate Rebecca at the front desk and others that went out of their way to make sure my stay was fabulous. My room was clean & well maintained. The Breakfast staff always keeps everything stocked & clean. Great Stay - See you next time!"
