"We stayed here for one night and it was exactly what we needed. Such a quaint place and breakfast with different options to choose from Very clean and front desk staff was super helpful. On another note beds are small for two adults. I would stay there again."

"We came to Bangor for an urgent medical appointment ( we live 3 hours away). They were able to take us in early so our dog did not have to be in a hot car while we were at NLH. The Cable was screwy, could only get one clear channel. When called the front desk you may or may not get an answer; and when we did they had no idea what the issue was with the cable and no remedy other than change our room (which we declined after 5 hours). Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The vanity sink...

"Walls are paper thin could hear the couple next door arguing most of the night. Hops 99 Bar in the Hotel the night service was extremely slow especially for not being busy our wait staff was MIA for awhile and came back smelling like weed..all in all very subpar experience.."

"This hotel was overpriced. It's very old and somewhat broken down. The walls in the room were poorly patched, the electrical cords strung out, the chain lock broken on the door, the curtains wouldn't close completely unless you rigged them, the sink was cracked. It was probably as clean as you can get a really old property. But again, very overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made a good attempt at a to-go type of free breakfast."

"The property appears dated and could benefit from some updates. The bed was not very comfortable, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Overall, the accommodations felt quite worn compared to other properties I have stayed in."

"Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better."
