"everything good"

"I have stayed at this property previously multiple times without issue and was looking forward to this trip. There were two large parties occurring at this hotel during our stay. We went up to the room from the pool around 9pm to get ready for bed and quickly realized there was a room party occurring directly next to us. By 10pm the noise had not subsided and the traffic in and out of the room was increasing. My 4 year old daughter and I went down to the front desk to request a room change as we needed to be up at 6am the following day and needed to sleep. The woman working the front desk, Latisha, was exceptional. She found a room for us immediately and apologized profusely for our experience. Her assistance with finding a solution quickly is the primary reason I didn’t pack our things and go down the street to another hotel. She was the bright spot of our stay. Unfortunately, after this experience (loud, pool overrun with unsupervised toddlers which is incredibly dangerous, rooms in poor condition) I will not book at this property again. So disappointed to see how much the property has declined in the last couple of years. "

"This was a mistake. Very low lit and safety was a concern. Not upkeeped at all. Floors were vinyl and had been treated with a thick sticky substance. My shoes stuck, my socks stuck. It was not good. The "kitchenette" did not have any basics--I mean no trash bags, no paper towels, no soap, no spoons, nothing---just rows of empty cabinets. I used my time to set up wifi. Book another hotel--and LEAVE before the sun went down"

"Clean and safe"

"We loved our suite. It was super clean and very spacious. The kitchen looked amazing, brand new appliances, a nice number of cups, plates, etc., new cabinets, very stylish. It was quiet our entire stay, despite a "full house" by the looks of the packed parking lot. We would recommend your place to anyone. The clerk who checked us in our first night was unfriendly and condescending."

"The faucet wasn’t fully attached to the counter, there was no soap in the dispenser, food all over the chair, floor was filthy, looked like diarrhea on the bathroom walls, stains and crumbs along the sink counter."
