"Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!"

"The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed."

"The fold out bed was quite possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was pure springs covered by fabric. The room looked visibly clean, but the carpet desperately needed vacuuming. We also found a good amount of ants crawling around the carpet as well."

"This was a good hotel. It was clean,the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. "Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....

"I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades"
