"Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. "Good central location. We were shocked by the state of the entrance to the apartments from the street, not a good first impression. No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. Some things missing in the kitchenette (no forks) and a broken glass so left a note. It was clean though and had a comfy bed. Furniture damaged and bedside light not working. Didn't...

"Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth.
