"The bed was so soft that I thought I was going to be swollowed up. The breakfast had stale bagels, no cereal, and no coffee. During check in the front desk tried to charge me for 2 extra adults and I had to explain to her that these are my 15 and 11 year old boys and they are added to the reservation as kids. She was going to argue with me when I told her they are tall but still kids. "

"I don’t even know where to start with this review. The remote for the tv didn’t work, the shower wouldn’t get hot, and random furniture in our room was broken. When our key card for the pool wouldn’t work. We had to ask 3 times for help being told the same thing each time. the lady finally helped us but seemed very annoyed by it because she had to get up out of her chair and pause her FaceTime call (key cards still didn’t work for her) after finally being let in the man she was on a FaceTime call with came in to sit down and watch us. Nobody else was in there. When we left the room and came back the second day, trash that was not ours was in our room. We had the do not disturb sign on the door so nobody should have been in there. I’ve never wrote a review for anything before but this place was to horrible not to. Would not recommend booking this hotel, go to the Hilton down the road and save yourself from a nightmare of a stay. "

"No public hot tub. Pool was warmer than expected and loved it! Beadspreads had stains but otherwise clean. Would be nice to have breakfast times, wifi info, and check out times posted as well as inside the room,"

"Hotel was beautiful - new and fresh! Breakfast was disappointing. Two of the three hot trays were empty - only sausage available. The pancake machine had no batter. No pastries. I had to use coffee cup for a glass of water."

"Very noisy with kids running up and down hallway and stairs until midnight. Guests in rooms next to our room talked really loud no sleep if you stay here. "

"We stayed for 1 night, didn't have time to use the hot tub or pool, I went to check it out and it the area looked amazing, they also have an area with a tv and games, an ice cream shop. The Breakfast was soooo good! All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. "
