"I have stayed here three times in the past year. I am a quasi local. Friendly, clean, safe, local, uncomplicated. Lobby has space to sit and read, cozy fireplace, big windows, for when you want to give your travel companion space. Fresh brewed coffee in the morning, restaurant on site for lunch and dinner and the locals use the restaurant. Pool is heated when open for season, call ahead to confirm. It's a bit old school, you park in front of your room, rooms are updated, super functional but not...

"We would stay here again. The rooms are super Clean, the location is right of the high way but it’s quiet, the location is a 30 minute walk to the boardwalk; 5 minutes if you drive. they have private parking. Also, we really enjoyed the complementary breakfast especially the waffles, nothing fancy but enough not to have to go elsewhere and spend money. "

"Good price and a nice unit. We had a two room suite which was also priced reasonably. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Surprisingly quiet for being near the road, an a nice short walk to the boardwalk. If you get a unit with a kitchenette make sure to bring your own stuff. They have a stove, microwave, and fridge but no pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt, etc. (we borrowed some from a friend). was great to make our own breakfast each morning and having a place to stash and warm up...

"The property was great and the staff was helpful and it was very quiet ! Checking in was easy and fast as well as checking out, There’s a safeway nearby and food locally too, it’s about a 8 Minute drive to santa cruz and a 20 minute walk. I booked the suite room and it was beautiful, just make sure the jets work because mines didn’t 😢"

"Very nice room, polite staff however was given little info about things like wifi password, Didnt have complimentary breakfast as far as i know like most hotels do and that was a let down. When I asked about coffee they just said theres a chevron next door."

"The structure looks old on the outside but newly renovated on the inside. Clean and quiet. Can walk from the property to the boardwalk. For the price, it was very good, esp, on the go breakfast is included. Coffee and juice available all day. There's a small pool also. "
