Nothing can be done. Its not what the pictures show. Its an old and outdated motel thats been retrofitted to appear as though its modern. In the photos the rooms look like holiday inn or other modsrn places but upon arrival you will realize its just a dollar store version.
They allow pets it seems. Someone had a dog in the room beside me. I got to hear one of two things, dog walking woth loud scratching on the linoleum floor, or barking.
You also get a choice of heat in tbe room or sleep. The heater sounds like a broken jet engine and you cant sleep through that sound. I choose sleep so i turned off the heat. However i was so grossed out because the previous person stuck their fake eyelashes on the wall by the thermostat and it was never cleaned.
The bed looked like a standard hotel bed but as with all the fixtures it was just a dollar store version. The mattress was somewhat crunchy and very loud. I didnt really trust it.
In the end i slept in a cold room, on the couch while being kept awake by a dog pacing around and barking. It was indistinguishable from just sleeping in a backlane.
I think it was about equal to sleeping in my car. It could of gone either way.
Its a failing hotel likely being kept alive by a depleting money source or government bookings. I dont imagine it being around much longer.
Staff was really nice. When my tv stopped working they sent someone up right away. I also got an early check-in.
