The water pressure is very low. I could not take a shower. I could barely brush my teeth. No air-conditioning!! No elevator, a lot of stairs.
If this hotel would’ve been in North America. It would’ve been shut down for so many reasons.
Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!"

"I'll start with the positive things. The apartment (and it is an apartment, not a hotel) is quite large and can easily accommodates at least 4 more people. I was traveling alone so it really felt quite spacious. The wifi was pretty fast and the shower was exceptionally hot which I was not expecting. Also, the property is really close to the main train station, for me its an easy walk. Also, the staff was hella chill.
That said, the negatives are everything else. This was not a clean space and...

"E check in was smooth and easy. The Riad owner Hannan was very nice and prompt in responding to any request made over WhatsApp messages. The breakfast was great and sumptuous.
The only minor glitch was that on the first night the Airconditioning was not working in my room. But Hannan was very quick to respond s and even offered to move me to a different room, which was very gracious of her. The Riad is in a very nice spot, close to many restaurants.
Would recommend it for travellers."

"One of the best stay experiences I've had. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. Any queries were answered to their best effort and they made us feel very welcome. All of the staff were great, special mention to Tarik at the front desk and Karim in the dining area who added to the great service. "Zoco Riad was a wonderful experience! We requested and they arranged for airport pick up, and drop off which was nice to not have to worry about. It was worth paying extra. The staff hospitality is absolutely fantastic. They are always checking if you need anything. They feed you upon arrival. Breakfast was great and free Friday night dinner! They also help you to arrange tours. The building is so well decorated and very authentically Moroccan. The price is reasonable. We would stay again!"
