Our favorite place to stay in Branson… affordable..nice, working amenities.. this time the pillows were super uncomfortable though. Breakfast was good.. they just failed to let us know that breakfast would end an hour early due to construction on our last day.

Our stay was good! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was good. This is a well kept hotel. Only complaint was our complimentary shampoos and body wash were half full and we needed to ask for more. We did not need room cleaning during our stay, so found her in the hall and she fulfilled our request. Very pleasant stay and kind personnel.

The rooms were clean but we couldn't get anyone to clean the room and get any extra blankets. The food was good the first morning but the next wasn't good just ok no fresh fruit. It's could have been better?

Check in was 2 hours late, I’m sure because it was spring break and they were full. Breakfast was decent although I do wish they had fresh fruit instead of canned, or some sort of healthier options other than biscuits and gravy.

The staff were pleasant, but the facilities were run down. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff working that were very good. Our room was only okay. The door had about an inch gap all the way around except by the hinges. When you can see light from the hallway, that isn't very good. Also, the towels were very rough. However, the worst was the pool and the spa. We specifically chose this hotel for those items. We thought the granddaughters would really enjoy them. Unfortunately, the water was so dirty and cloudy that you could barely see the bottom. There was no chance that we were going to use that health hazard. On our second day of our 2 day stay, they were draining the pool and spa and had a note up saying that the pool was out of order. This was a disappointing stay.

Very dated property. Not one USB port in the room. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Don't arrive early; $25 fee for early check in, even though our room was already cleaned and available.

The suite was not clean. Carpet needs to be shampooed or replaced. There was an old sheet on the pull out couch… and by the way, the pullout couch is horribly uncomfortable, like springs in your back. But the two queen beds in the bedroom were great.There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and only a few Kleenex left in the box. I’m honestly not sure the room had been cleaned except that the beds were made. The smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling by a thread. We could hear the people above us constantly. There was so much chlorine in the hot tub that we could hardly stand to sit in it. The good news is that the housekeeper was incredibly kind when I asked her for things as she was cleaning other rooms. The staff member in charge of breakfast was a doll. That place was crazy busy and she worked so hard. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, country, potatoes, and sausage patties. You could make waffles or have cereal and they had yogurt, oatmeal, muffins and toast. We don’t like that the pool is in its own building- it was freezing cold outside and we had wet kids having to run outside to get to the main building. They at least need a breezeway. For a suite, it would be nice if the fridge was a little bigger. We were also really bummed that the fireplace didn’t work. All in all, it worked for what we needed, but it needs some TLC and a few upgrades. And the suite is overpriced.

Close to everything, just not real clean and they never made up the room, so we ran out of clean towels the first day. In room coffee gave us one cup for two adults, and never brought any more. The reviews were so good, but to be honest I’d give it just “ok”

Room was very nice. Only 1 thing, not really a complaint, but the fitted sheet on one of the beds had "beads" on the underside where the sheet was wearing out. Just kind of wierd sleeping on it. We will definitely stay there again.

I loved the part that the bed was low enough on the floor I with being a shorter person could actually get in it. We stayed for 6 days and we did NOT have a chair in the room. We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. There are signs everywhere saying if u need anything done in the room schedule w the front desk. We tried...we pay over $100 a night and cannot get the bathroom ONLY refreshed w clean towels ONCE. Very disappointing

No housekeeping for the last three days of our stay. They said the motel had too many guests for them to keep up so they let them off for three days. Breakfast left alot to be desired.

Skeleton staff. Room was only restocked with towels, soaps, etc. once during a 5 night stay. Noticed there wasn’t any maintenance staff during the stay and it could use some updates. Sink in bathroom drained at a snail’s pace. Hotel is close to Mansion Theater.
