"This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. "Great place to stay! Nice staff, recently remodeled rooms, smooth stay. What’s not to like? Good value option. "

"I was disappointed with no breakfast. I did not really look when I booked but the price was really high so I expected to have it and they did not. The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place."

"Yes, the breakfast was good and it was free to park. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the sheets were dirty. When I got there in the bathroom Matt was dirty. Other than that. It was nice."

"I would not recommend this hotel. While it is on the ocean with good views the state of the hotel needs major updates. The property has mass of broken concrete and debri to the side of parking lot that does not seem safe. The beds were comfortable."
