This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

Hotel antigo que precisa de grande renovação. Wi-fi péssimo no quarto, não consegui utilizar. Controle do ar-condicionado sem pilha. Não possui tomadas ao lado da cama, o que atualmente é um inconveniente enorme. Televisão minúscula com apenas 5 canais funcionando. O banheiro do quarto era fedido e o chuveiro era um elétrico improvisado. Pra piorar há uma grande obra ao lado cuja barulheira começa às 7h da manhã. Não recomendo.

O prédio é antigo e precisa de um pouco de cuidado; as janelas fazem barulho a noite com o vento, o elevador range e seu acabamento não tá bom; a cortina do quarto não veda bem a claridade e o wi-fi é aberto, não dá pra usar. Os pontos positivos são a educação e recepção dos funcionários, a localização muito boa, próximo dos pontos turísticos, de ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e lojas.

Hotel com sistêmica de velho, tanto a estrutura quanto os móveis do quarto! Precisando de acabamentos de pintura, porta do banheiro estufada na parte inferior (provavelmente em razão de água), colchão velho! Quarto não tinha telefone/interfone pra avisarem chegada de IFood! Também não forneceram talheres de plástico! A limpeza do quarto só ocorre a cada 03 dias, mediante pedido! Eu pedi (pendurei o aviso na porta), mas não apareceram! O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã!

Quarto com aspecto de novo e a limpeza é ótima. O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, o café da manhã é muito bom e variado, a localização do hotel é ótima pois tem muita coisa perto e a maioria dos funcionários são extremamente educados. Minha única reclamação se refere ao banheiro porque acho que falta algumas coisas como ganchos para pendurar toalhas de rosto e de banho, roupas e ilha para colocar os produtos dentro do box e o chuveiro não é tão bom porque cada buraquinho joga água para um lado diferente, mas esquenta perfeitamente.
