"I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. "The first red flag before even checking in should have been the 30+ cars congregated at the 7-eleven across the street, that were being disbursed by a police car. Since the guests are allowed to smoke marijuana in their cars, the motel hallways and rooms on the front side of the motel WREAKED of marijuana. When we complained we we told to turn our heating/ac off. Our first night we were awaken by an argument and throwing match from next door. Once we were finally able to get the phone to work...

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
