The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

There were lots of tiny bugs crawling on the floor and tv stand, pretty sure they were baby cockroaches as we did kill a big one crawling up the wall! Also, we did not have any hot water, front desk said that the boiler went out and to wait about 15 mins. We did and the water was still not hot. "There were pubic hairs in the shower bottom, along with long curly head hair wrapped around the shower faucet. The room was dark, and I was still able to see that it had been a long time since someone dusted or looked at the top of the curtains. The cobwebs appeared to have been there for a very long time. "

"No housekeeping service for 3 days, no fresh towels no cleanup no bed preparation no cleaning, no nothing!!!. Key wouldn't work in the door. No basic s like shampoo, lotion and soap was a little bar. The parking lot was so small it was drivers training just to pull out after parking. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open."
