We always have an amazing stay at the Marriot Gateshead. Everything is so close to where we need to be. Staff are amazing and the grandchildren love swimming in the pool every day. Would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay

Stayed for one night after attending a nearby event….. Had a great experience at the Copthorne Hotel. Staff, room, bar and breakfast were all spot on.

Maldron Hotel Newcastle
Modern, centrally situated hotel. Room was clean and bright, bar served generous portions of freshly made food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good option for a short stay.

Dakota Newcastle
Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive.

Lumley Castle Hotel
Beautiful hotel with an amazing old world feel. Our room was decorated/furnished in keeping with the castle and was very clean and comfotable. Wandering through the castle and court yard is highly recommended to soak up the whole atmosphere. An added bonus for me was to meet Lady Poppet - Lumley ...
