"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Marine Hotel. Our room was spacious with three huge bay windows overlooking the sea, an enormous comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It was very clean, although a fresh coat of paint and some attention to the skirting boards would make it even better. The room was generally quiet, apart from some noisy neighbouring guests one evening. The spa was fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny, and really made us feel at ease. My...

"A lovely break. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We both have coeliac disease. Knowledge of gluten free and cross contamination was very reassuring. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious and I felt very safe eating here."

"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Helpful & kind staff, seriously comfy bed, small room but works for the cost for sure! So close to all the liberties neighborhood has to offer and Guinness and oldest Irish pub and temple bar area and River Liffey and more! Would stay again."

"We were given an option of a room with a view or a quieter room. Unfortunately the room with the view was a view of the intersection. There was no air conditioning and the room was stifling hot but if we opened it windows to let the air in it sounded like we were laying in the middle of the intersection. I wish we had known how loud it was when closing our room."
