"It's already my seventh time here, but it's impressive how it degraded the service, if you don't ask they don't make the bed opener, in 3 nights they didn't put back neither towels nor the water, when I asked for the water, they charged 48 reias, coffee capsules also didn't put it back, in the restaurant the dishes don't come out with the same quality as years ago (which was impeccable) the older employees still do a good job, but the new ones are unprepared, they took 30 minutes at the checkout...

"Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours."

The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable.
