They did not have a room for us. We got to the room assigned and it was in use. The sheets were not made and it was not clean in the room. When we went back to the lobby they did not have any other rooms available. Really bad experience

Everything was outdated. Bed was creaky. And walls are thin. I could hear our neighbor open their door like every hour during the course of the night. Which would wake me up.

DON'T STAY HERE!!
Worse hotel ever. I checked in, my boyfriend and I went to our room the room was okay but the bathroom was gross the paint from the ceiling was peeling off the bath tub was destroyed and it smelled like cigarettes. We go back to the front desk and let the gentleman know about the bathroom he gives us another room same thing the bathtub is destroyed and the fan vent on the ceiling was detached. Worst hotel I have ever encountered.

Unique: spent first 1/2 hour in lobby listening to loud bathroom noises. When I was raising my boys I had a saying: Better out your mouth than your ass. Woman comes out walking slow. Moving more sideways than straight. Phone rings... Will finish later. Key words: slow, exceptionally rude, apparently unable to work the system. Demanded I leave. "Go sit in your car" Me: "May I sit here while I talk to Expedia?" Her: "No !" End result: No room She couldn't find reservation Talked to Expedia. They were exceptionally good & resolved the issues. I did not like the fact that the bathroom door was not flossing properly. There was mildew on the walls and bathtub. The sink faucet had heavy calcium build up and mildew. The shower was leaking all night. Toilet paper holder bracket is broken, does not hold paper roll, bracket comes off. The room smelled very bad when we arrived.

The staff was veryy friendly especially KARLA she was really ! but when it came to the room the floor was disgusting stains from the night before and the toliet had feces that hadnt been cleaned off the sofa i had in the room was full of stains like it hadn't been wiped in a while pillow cases had makeup still on it i was afraid to sleep in the bed cause i didnt know if the sheets were clean and i didnt want tell management's cause #1 it should of been properly cleaned #2 there was an extra charge for any house keeping that i dont think i should have to pay for something that should've ben done i paid for the deluxe room you would think management would double check there workers work overall i left a my reservation the one day in advance cause i just didnt feel clean

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was nasty dirty, the shower towels were dirty and I couldn’t even get more. The bed was crocked, the room smelled nasty and the service was aweful! Never again!

No desk clerk for over 20 minutes when i tried to check in. The clientele appeared to be mostly people with addiction problems as well as non-citizens. The site was not well kept and the interior of the lobby was a mess as well as being inconveniently located.
