"The receptionist who checked us in on Friday 31st July 2026 was lovely and friendly. Made us aware of seats round the side near the toilets for kids to charge devices before our room was ready. Aldo made us aware we could use hotel facilities before check in. The hotel is very family oriented which I loved.
