"The lift was broken so the service lift was the only option. However the landing areas were 'behind the scenes' and poor quality.
I did not much care for the long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower from a previous guest. Clearly not a good cleaning regime.
The shower has my pet hate. The shower controls are behind the door. You can't use them without being inside it and it is too small to avoid getting the inevitable blast of cold water that is living in the pipes before whatever...

"The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues
Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room.
Its hell of a long walk with steps.
When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...
