"This was our 3rd stay at Pine Peaks Lodge within the past year. When we stayed in 2025, we had a great experience. Unfortunately, during our 2026 visit we noticed a significant decline. Compared to other lodging in the area this property is falling behind.
Some areas that could be improved include:
-Toilet seat slams (can be heard from other rooms)
-Walls are thin (can hear others conversations)
-The bathroom layout and door don't make sense.
-Lighting in the room is too dark
-The bedding...

"We requested early check-in two weeks prior for 2pm instead of 3pm. Had to attend a wedding at 4pm 20 minutes away. Expedia said to call the property to confirm. We called the day before and the gal that answered was rude as one could imagine. She said no. We called Expedia on the way in (9 hour drive), to see if we could get early check in, they said yes for a fee of $20. We arrived at 2:35pm. When we went to the property the code would not allow entry. Called Expedia, and at 3pm we gained...
