"In general the premises were in good clean condition. In a nice area near the river and train, bus station. We don't recommend it for the summer period because it has no AC and no window nets. The most important issue for us was that the bed was too small for two adults 140x180 and the mattress was very bad quality. As a result, our feet hung off the bed, we could not sleep during our four-night stay, and our bodies ached every morning."

"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"The room didn’t have bedside light or the main door light working. They were reasonable and understandable as I kept my luggage in the reception area after checkout to get the lunch and did the laundry after checkout. Yes, I had to get out of the room at 11:00am. Place to close to all good restaurants. The room had a small fan! Didn’t cool the room at all!"

"The location was good easy access to train Metro buses and shops Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was very noisy, especially when the windows were open, but when we closed the windows it became extremely hot and uncomfortable. (No AC) The fridge was also not working properly, and there was no freezer at all, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations"

"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. "Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "
