This Motel 6 is incredibly clean and very well maintained. For me, it is like a good Yamaha acoustic guitar with a good tone and at a very nice price. Applebees is within walking distance. Whataburger, Denny's, and Walmart are all close. I prefer to stay here and drive the additional 70 miles or so to get to Harris County, when I need to.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Doesn’t offer bathroom essentials, nor breakfast. Overall it’s very nice and well kept. The front desk staff were both super nice and friendly. Check in and out was very easy and fast. I love the price point and would definitely stay again!
Two queen room with fridge, micro and a table with two chairs. Very nice!

Clean and not too expensive

This place has ajust been remodeled and I found it very ckean and confortable. It is a motel 6 so expext the minimun of amenities, two towels, washcloths, tow little bars of soap ect.

Very nice

The hotel was great and everyone who worked there was very friendly and accommodating. We were there for 10 nights during the Texas antiq shows and will be coming back in the spring for another 10 nights.

Last minute reservation. Didn’t realize it was a motel 8. Room was basic, no shampoo or conditioner, but the room was very large. You could hear everyone closing their room doors— made it hard to sleep. One of the bed sheets looked dirty— a few fairs that weren’t ours!

The staff was great everything was ok except had to ask for towels everyday. told them several times the bathroom door would bot latch closed so it was always open. even when someone was in there had to try and hold the door closed. Or fix it with a towel for privacy when taking a shower.

Unfortunately, when we showed up the hotel buildings were clearly in the midst of renovation. Outside, the grounds were littered with furniture that was being disposed of. Workers were actively working on and in the buildings. The fitness center and pool were both closed. The lobby and breakfast area was filled with dust and boxes. The room we were given, while the updates were clearly an improvement, smelled of paint fumes and was uninhabitable. We appreciate the fact that the building is undergoing renovation however this information should have been clearly noted when booking the reservation. We cancelled upon seeing the conditions and had to fight to receive a full refund. Luckily, Expedia refunded us even though the hotel staff did not respond to their calls.

The property is clean, and in a location that is near all kinds of stores and restaurants. Easy parking. My teenagers loved it, but my husband and I thought it aopeared very barren and lacked warmth. There are no aigns for the soor for housekeeping to keep out. However, I called the front deak and they were accommodating. The blow dryer looked very old- perhaps from.the 90s- no lie! The rooms have laminate floors which is nice. The AC worked well. I can deal with a the processing holding cell look/vibe, but that's not the reason for 4 star. On the day of check in, I received a call early arouns 800 am from a staff member. She asked for payment over the phone. I was confused. I booked through Expedia and noted I would pay at the property. I told the staff member this and she told me that I never spoke with them directly about that and payment was due for one of the two rooms I reserved. She told me that she wanted a guarantee I wouldn't cancel because she had 4 people already cancel their rooms that morning. What does that have to do with me?! I refused to make make payment over the phone, something didn't sound right. She then told me, it's okay she just wanted to make sure I was going. I mean what in the world! Check in was smooth. Staff were nice. But that random call that morning was unprofessional in my opinion.

I have stayed here a couple of times and each time the staff were friendly. The beds are comfy and if your planning a trip to Brenham/Chappell Hill area it is the perfect location. The pool was clean and so are the grounds. I will stay again

This was a great hotel for our quick one-night stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire unit was very clean. I missed not having any lamps in the bedroom. Overhead lights were the only option. And there were only a few small, thin towels in the bathroom. I'm sure the nice people at the front desk would have given us more if we had asked. I highly recommend staying in a studio room, as you are in a separate building and your door opens into a hallway. My daughter and I felt very safe. We didn't use the kitchenette for anything but it was nice to have a cold fridge. Great property for the price.
