"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"I believe they are doing some remodeling on the property, some rooms are nice and updated, there other rooms really ugly! After 2 mins in my room I requested and immediate change! They accommodated me in a nicer room with everything I requested. The staff is really good. I had a great time in London."

"I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations."
