"Everything was comfortable the staff is great and they treat us with hospitality and respect"

"It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help."

"It's not most attractive on the outside. Inside was clean, roomy, functional. The bed was comfortable. My only question, though not necessarily a complaint, was no shampoo, etc ? "

"Pretty sure they are being subsidized by the state to double as a homeless shelter. Lots of comings and goings at all hours and folks wandering around like they don't know what planet they're on. Not a great experience, definetly not a place to bring family."
