"Posizione stupenda con camere vista lago e hotel a 5 min a piedi dal centro paese. Unica pecca, la camera non aveva l’aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Non abbiamo comunque patito il caldo nonostante i 30 gradi esterni. Personale molto gentile e soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci torneremo!"

"liked nearly everything though took one star off for only having one very small, slow lift. I do realize though it isn't easy to install modern larger lifts in a historic building I also took 1 star off for a lack of sunshades in the pool area - there wasn't very much shade from trees and with temperatures up to the mid thirties there were only 2 sunshades!"

"Exceptional service. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the the area and provided us with great recommendations. They provided us shuttle service to the town over where we went to their restaurant. Great food! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. "

"Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet...

"Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back. Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. "

"Beautiful view and Location"

"This is an incredible hotel, with perhaps the best location in Lake Como. Giulia was very kind and helpful upon check-in. And the best was to come - the location and the view (if you get a lake viewing room) are unbeatable! Varenna is perhaps the best town on Como, and you are steps from the Lido (small beach), beautiful walks, and the walk up to Castello di Vezio. Regarding the room- it was super clean, comfortable and had all we needed, with nice small touches. We did not agree with any of the...
