The basics

Located on a busy street with a train. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby but most were closed. No air conditioning which is fine except street noise with open windows through the evening. Parking in a public lot a block away. Breakfast just ok. Convenient for our purposes but just the basics.

Ensemble correct et accueillant, RAS concernant la propreté de la chambre ; cependant celle-ci nécessiterait quelques travaux de remise en état, principalement dans la salle d'eau : plafond noirci par l'humidité, traces d'humidité également sous l'étagère du lavabo, bas de la porte à restaurer et repeindre et/ou habiller.

Personnel très accueillant et vraiment agréable ! Chambre plutôt spacieuse, literie très confortable, halal très apprécié… Seul hic, et malheureusement pas des moindres, la chambre n’est pas impeccable… il y avait des taches sur la moquette, pas très propre surtout que l’on peut se demander à quoi ça correspond… il ne vaut mieux pas être psycho ! Mais sincèrement séjour très agréable et je reviendrai sans soucis ! Je recommande vivement.

Très grande chambre en plein centre de Brest. Accueil chaleureux du personnel. Seul bémol: le système de double vitrage n'est pas optimal et comme la rue est très vivante le vendredi soir en particulier, il y avait un peu de bruit....

J'avais choisi cet hotel pour sa salle de sport, completement différente des photos ... uniquement 1 tapis a course et 1 vélo, pas de point d'eau, de poids/halteres ou tapis pour des étirements, deçue. La chambre était grande et bien entretenue, cependant on entendait tout, notamment les appartements au dessous. Pendant mon séjour, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, pas pratique du tout en dernier étage. Je tiens cependant a signaler la disponibilité et bienveillance du staff, tous extrêmement gentils et serviables.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Le ménage des chambres ne se fait correctement et il faut à chaque fois demander le remplacement des consommables(Serviettes, shampoing...). Les oreillers sont inexploiatbles. Pas de placard, pas de réfrigérateur. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. L'ascenseur est resté en panne deux jours rendant le déplacement difficile surtout en empruntant les escaliers. Le point positif par contre est la proximité par rapport au centre ville, l'accès est facile aux Trams, Restaurants , Supers marchés...etc. C'est un avis personnel en toute transparence.
