"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. We are not going back there again! "

"I checked in late and my room wasnt ready yet but they still allowed me to go in and shower for an event I was heading to. The housekeeper also changed out my towles which I appreciated but was unnecessary. I couldnt get the cable to work and the bed was really squeeky but it was comfy. I also tried to get a bigger bill broke down to leave a tip for the housekeeper and was told they dont have any small bills. So that was a little disappointing. "This was a clean and comfortable basic hotel. Rooms were simple but quiet and clean. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but appreciated. This is a good budget hotel for a simple overnight stay. Short walk to Applebees and a couple other restaurants. "

"Breakfast is paid at the bistro, so we didn't eat there. The hotel was cleanish, I don't think it was so much the staff as it was the other guests. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. Many guests met out front over coffee and danishes provided by the owners."

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
