I loved that they had games both inside and outside, they provided crayons and paper for my son to color, free cookies and apple cider, room was clean and employees were super friendly and helpful!! "The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. "

I liked the fact that we were able to walk into the main part of town easily, never needing our car. Staff was superfriendly and accommodating."
