"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

Every amenity had been carefully thought out…dressing gowns, coffee machine, Guylain chocolates (topped up every day), water. "Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and food. Location is ideal. Only negative was the restricted access to the toilet. In order to fit a more luxurious jacuzzi bath, space was sacrificed for the toilet which was wedged in a small space with high sides on either side. Having said that, I would absolutely stay there again. "

"Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge"
