"Doesn’t get better than this. The rooms made you feel like you never wanted to leave. Except that the lobby restaurant and bar kept calling your name. Location is walkable to all the major sights in Zagreb and public transportation is the best. This is a truly 5 star hotel and the staff and accommodations are all up to standards. Take an extra day to get joy the spa and other amenities the hotel offers."

"Staff are great and very kind. The food are fresh and high quality. There are 2 water park and you can use them all the day. In addition the hotel has a separate outdoor and indoor swimming pools with hot top. You can smoke and drink outside and staff are very nice and flexible. The location is great and beautiful"
