"Room had balls of fluff all over the walls and beds, couldn't shower as it broke when turned on, laundry wasn't available to use as stated in booking it was. Staff was not well presented and rude. Was outside our room 30 minutes before checkout and stayed there till check out. Very disappointed. ..."
