"Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless.
The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service.
The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back...

"Went there for a long weekend business meeting and we had rented out the penthouse meeting room. Internet was not great in meeting room and we had difficulty doing a zoom meeting. Rest of resort was nice. The resort is large and seems to lack sidewalks to get around. Poor planning for that."

"Terrible experience, room we stayed in had plumbing issues everytime you take a shower the whole tub was clogged, had maintenance guy come out 2x to fix it stating it was just a lot of hair that needs to be cleaned out , which maybe some what true but I would not recommend this place !"

"There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.
