"Decent condition. Staff is mainly high school teens that don’t understand the hospitality industry. Housekeeping only comes to clean after you move out. No mini fridge unless you request it. I ended up moving to a national franchise which was about the same price. "

"This is a great properly with awesome amenities. We really enjoyed the multiple hot tub options in the main atrium area and the private seating area each provided. We also enjoyed the large selection of food options for breakfast and the spacious seating area. Very friendly staff and a great room. The property was very clean and well maintained. "We were honestly very disappointed with our stay. The hotel itself is very clean; the pool/hot tub and fitness center were great. The room was clean and very nice. However, we were disappointed with several amenities; the fridge in the room only "cools" for 2 hours then shuts OFF. There's no other setting or fridge option. All of the food we brought was ruined overnight unfortunately and there was nothing we could do about it. The fridge might as well not even be in the room. It isn't...

"All good except my husband couldnt check in eithout my ID even when I had responded to a text before arrival that he woukd be checking in. "

"The late night shift are not top of their game. The property asks you to online check in and enter your credit card. The staff has no way to check or accept that and ask you to swipe your credit card again when you arrive. All you are left with if you card now double charged for the security deposit. They can't print you a receipt showing the balance you have paid for the room and the remaining. Ok room. Breakfast was good "
