"Perfect location at the island entrance. Close to the ramparts entrances including a 2nd floor exit at the back of the hotel directly onto the ramparts. Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially in handling our luggage before checkin and holding it after checkout until we departed. A quiet hotel and nice ambiance!"

"Only two issues at this hotel: The carpet was dirty to the point it felt dirty, and the picture for the room online showed a view from the windows of the bay. The room was in the back of the hotel and the window faced the wall of the walkway directly below, not facing the village or the bay. Was told by reception that I reserved a “village view” room, which I didn’t. Nowhere on the reservation did it ask me if I wanted a bay view or village view. "Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, eine sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher und trocken unterstellen, und uns wurde auch noch ganz unproblematisch ein Abendessen serviert. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und sehr lecker, man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin gerne kocht und backt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur absolut empfehlen."

Al día siguiente la rexepxionista me dijo que no habían hecho el cargo a Expedia y que no se me cobraria doble. Expedia por su parte asegura que el hotel sí facturó y por parte del hotel ni ha habido respuesta. Así que pagué doble y mintieron."
