"Great shuttle service for no extra fee. You can leave cash deposit & they give it back at check out…better than using card. Ok breakfast, we liked the different bagel options and yogurt toppings. The main transportation lines is a 10 min walk. Very easy to get to main tourists spots. The grotto is a 20min walk . Theres lots of homeless in the area but we felt safe walking around. The hotel is next to a freeway but it’s not noisey. Inside the hotel it’s very calm. Zero noise complaints. . Front desk was very accommodating, our room AC didn’t work properly, even after resetting it wouldn’t turn on. Lady was nice to quickly transfer us with zero hassle….The AC worked but I think the AC was leaking ( we assume because we felt the carpet damp around the AC ) however the ac worked well. The room did have little dust on the furniture. Bathroom was clean. Overall, a good experience just that they REALLY need to update the AC (the leak in carpet will eventually cause mold)"
