"The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. "Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. "Room was clean and spacious the property itself is outdated and if you are not staying on the ground floors there is no lift so you have to lug your suitcases upstairs, the on site food outlets were shut. It’s in a good central position "

"A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street.
