"They were doing construction ,that's what the desk clerk says as to why the filth. I never stayed there it was to unclean for us. The clerk was nice and honest so I appreciate that.The pictures that Expedia has is a hoax . They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. They couldnot/would not refund me or referral to sister company. I...

"Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found."

"Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to the shower having hair and some sort of smear, as well a strong odor of men’s cologne. Next room was cleaner however the air conditioning unit under the window rattled so loudly no one got any rest. Also, the tv is placed so the only way you could watch it was if you were sitting on sofa which no one wants to do. The morning breakfast was average, however the hot items were not restocked promptly so several guests didn’t get to have any and no staff were...

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 8pm and checked into a uncleared room. Ther Front desk staff, who was the only staff on the property cleaned a room for us only to discover the toilet didn’t work and had to clean another room . We didn’t get into until 2 hours later. The reason was there was a shortage on housekeepers. The room itself was run down with little care. We felt so bad for the young staff as other guests were turned away because of dirty rooms."

"My wife and I were very impressed with our recent stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier than we expected. When I went to check in, I expected our room to not be ready. To my surprise, it was. The clerk at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The check-in took about two minutes. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel was. The breakfast was very good. There is a Ruby Tuesdays right next door. There is a DQ a short walk away....
