"The staff was very kind. They had two brooms left on the TV didn’t work so they gave us the room on the second floor. The room on the second floor smoke alarm that kept beeping we went down to the front desk to let them know that it kept beeping and they said they would take care of it, but nobody ever came so we had to listen to a beeping fire alarm all night in our room. So needless to say we did not sleep well."

"Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found."
