"We enjoyed a 5 day/4 night stay over the Fourth of July holiday where we enjoyed a family friendly environment.
I’ll start with the best feature- you are ON the ocean. The view is spectacular! When the tide is out nature provides a glorious beach! On high tide, you can walk down the stairs and take a dip, Always available is the enormous patio area with ample seating. Photos provided.
We were lucky to enjoy several evenings of excellent live music on the patio- so much fun! Please keep this up!
Drinks and bar food (fried) are flowing at the Sandbar Lounge which is part of the hotel and shares the patio space.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff and their attentiveness to their guests is impressive. Taylor asked how we were enjoying our stay, as did the very kind housekeeping staff. when we needed fresh towels, recommendations, etc. they were so helpful!
The breakfast each day is a simple with no frills, but it was fresh and always restocked. Dry cereal (Fruit Loops and Bran Flakes) are available 24/7 in the dining area. The dining area includes to large televisions that had the news/ World Cup on for guests to enjoy.
The rooms have been recently remodeled to be modern and comfortable- USB outlets, heated mirror in bathroom. Brand new large shower, great water pressure and hot water. Excellent air conditioning throughout (several days during our stay were 100+ degrees).
