"Our family had a wonderful time at West Bay staying at 2 Driftwood. The accommodation was clean, warm and situated in the heart of the town. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the jetty. It is such a pretty place, the view along the beach is stunning and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying here."

"Perfect weekend stay in the most epic, quaint hotel with a very premium, delicious breakfast. We stayed in the Sea glimpse suite as we are a family of 5 and the room size surpassed expectations. The personalized service from the manager was also phenomenal, and walking distance to the cliffs made it the perfect stay. "

"A excellent stay at Bridport , on arrival we were greeted by Emily who was friendly, helpful and efficient. Lunch and dinner were both very good, again Emily was our dinner server and made the experience very enjoyable. Our room was warm and comfortable although we found the pillows to be a bit hard , this of course is a personal thing. Breakfast was very good and the servers were again polite and helpful. Your staff are a credit to the hotel, an enjoyable stay and hopefully not our last. Parking at the rear of the hotel was a bonus. "

We had dinner in the basement bar the first night and would highly recommend. Very short walk into the town centre. Thank you for such a wonderful few nights."

"The George is ideally located in the center of town near to a bus stop. Everything about our stay was wonderful; a large en-suite room beautifully decorated with large bathroom. We ate dinner at the George day of arrival which was delicious and breakfast was fabulous. I highly recommend the George. "

"It tells you something that I was waiting in anticipation for the Hotels.com email just so I could get online and give Hensleigh House the five star rating it absolutely deserves. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the time we waved goodbye, our stay was first class. The building itself is beautiful with plentiful carparking out front which made access easy if needed. Inside, the bedrooms and ensuites were immaculate. Comfortable beds, windows you can actually open to let in fresh air, and decor some of the country's top hotels would do well to take tips from. Attention to detail was such that even the box of tissues on the bedside table carried the bird motif theme of the bedroom wallpaper. Downstairs, the shared lounge invites you in with its twinkling red lights and sofa you can sink into, and the bright breakfast room with it's big windows was a joy to come down to in the morning, if the smell of breakfast being cooked up wasn't enough on its own 🙂 Everything at Hensleigh House has the personal touch and the hosts were welcoming and friendly and made you feel that they were genuinely happy to have you there. I honestly cannot fault it and we will absolutely be going back again. In fact - I'm quite loathe to write such a glowing review in case it gets booked out!! "
