"Our family of 3 booked a double queen room with lake view. Upon check in the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We got our keys and our room was very clean. We tried to go to the restaurant but was told we needed a reservation but the hostess told us to go to their sister property. The next day we left our room for a full day put in Maggie Valley, when we retest evening our room had not been touched. We went back downstairs to request some new towels and the front desk person had already called their service for bath towels as she had a list of other rooms with the same issue. After about 30 minutes she called our room and the towels had been delivered.
We enjoyed our time in Maggie Valley and had no major issues other than the towel issue. Since the sister hotel is part of the same group we figured we’d try it next time we visit just to have a chance to experience another location. Staff at each locations on the property were so friendly and I would recommend these to any families traveling to the area."
"Cons: When we arrived the front door was wide open, I'm assuming whoever cleaned it didn't lock it on their way out. There was a LOT of dog hair on the rugs, so I don't think it was vacuumed. The beds are comfortable, but the blankets are not very thick, and there aren't any extra - so make sure you take extra blankets. We knew there was a coffee pot, but were unsure if it was a Keurig or coffee pot - they have both! (But there were no filters). The Keurig would've been the way to go, but the coffee cups are too small - so it made a mess all over the counter. The water doesn't stay hot for very long, so make sure you take a quick shower!
Pros: The view!! Absolutely stunning!"
"The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!"
