"lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room."

"The hotel staff were lovely, they accommodated our puppy very well. The room was clean and there was ample room for all our puppy's stuff. The bar staff were lovely in the evening and the breakfast was very hot and tasty."
