"Excellent hotel with beach front location. We were upgraded to a sea view room and were very grateful. Even though we were above the main road outside the traffic noise was very minimal and not really evident. The room had everything we needed and more, TV worked great and you can cast your apps to it, we didn't try. Room was well maintained and very clean. We didn't get chance to use the pool or other wet facilities but wish we had! I would certainly stay there again and would love a seaview room again, the windows are so deep that you can actually sit in it and watch the world go by. The car park is under the hotel and easy to use. You can stay on your departure day until you need to leave so that can be after check out, that was very handy for me."

"The charm lives up to its name. Cute little place with character. This part of Brighton has lots of bars and restaurants but parking is a real challenge. If I were to stay here again I’d use ride share or public transportation to avoid the hassle."

"We booked a sea view room and the view is nice, but there is an open balcony area accessible from all the sea view rooms on that level. This meant other guests were outside our room all night playing music and chatting loudly. We would come back to this hotel but would avoid the sea view rooms next time"

"Comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities in room, decent shower. Rooms basic but clean, buildings are in need of TLC. Plus points for being close to beach, pier and town centre where there is a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars"
