"Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. We forgot a plug for the charging lead to the phone, fortunately they had one spare. The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was big, great shower. The beds were comfortable. Room was a nice temperature.
Great to have a fridge in the room too, along with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe.
Bar staff were friendly, in fact everyone we came in contact with gave great customer service. Especially the young lady working in the bar yesterday afternoon 12/6. Very helpful, explained where the bus stop was, very friendly and chatty. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Think she’s only been working there a few months, but already an asset to the company.
Great hotel, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Everything was explained, regards breakfast and the car parking and how to get discounts on them all. Brilliant customer service"
