Hotel dekat Brilliant Convention Centre

"Didn’t had much expectations, but to my surprise it was an amazing time to spend at this property."

"Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Indore!"

"Amazing stay overall - stayed for 9 nights "

"Very well managed. They won't let you"

"Nice room worth it price"

"Very rude staff member Sanju, said Expedia paid them less than one nightly rate for my 2 nights stay. Totally unsatisfied with Expedias communication process and the hotels inability to receive digital payment offered to them by Erica from Expedia. I spent my 2 nights disputing with Expedia regarding this issue and it was still not resolved by the time I checked out. Also, I don’t understand why Expedia is listing this as a hotel for its clients, this location is a banquet hall where they host...

"Toilet paper was not provided for 2 days stay continuously, parking is limited to just one and that too in a very busy neighborhood so had to talk to manager every single time before parking after driving back to hotel, good time about the hotel, it is near ample of restaurants and in a busy neighborhood."

"All good"

"Need to be maintained the washroom otherwise place is good and sure I will recommend "

"Nothing specific "

"Hot water not working , Thanks they gave separate. Room size small ,Hotel location very good"

"The property was average, it seemed to be an old property which isn't been maintained for some time, and during my tenure of stay, I faced an electricity failure problem and a water supply problem which ended up getting an average kind of property. Since it is near the Brilliant office building and the distance is walkable that's where the hotel stands out and is quite manageable."

"Extremely horrible, dirty and no customer service from Hotel staff or Expedia. Booked for 2 nights - stayed only 1 and then ran for a different hotel. "

"1. Very poor service. Order food from room. They took 2 hours to serve it. 2. Cleanliness is not maintained."

"I booked for standard room.. but staff asked .me to pay 200 more in cash ..as he is providing me delux (in actual room was standard only).. because I have stayed in the same room for 6 days in January 2025 .. I knew this place .. as I countered him .. he kept quite .. There was no tv , broken toilet seat , no toiletry was provided (except towel).. Cleanliness and to be honest overall standrad has declined a lot since my January trip .. don't know what has changed "
