"We stayed here for a night. The room was very comfortable and had air-conditioning. The staff are very very friendly. They let us park our car there after we checked out so that we could use our bikes to go on a bike ride on the waterfront trail there in Bowmanville. Close by there is a splash pad for kids to play around in. It’s right on Lake Ontario, where you could go for a dip too."

"The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the 401 so perfect for a pit stop. Our room was on the ground floor but there were stairs, if you know you will have lots of bags good idea to ask for no stairs. Someone stood outside our window smoking and yelling into their phone at 10pm. The indoor pool was surrounded by three walls of windows, so I did not try it. I think the hotel should consider having some of the glass frosted. The breakfast was good but the...

"The property is somewhat dated. The Mai. Entrance has an odour but the room was fine. Staff were friendly, professional, and courteous."

"We stayed only for one night. Staff were great, rooms were clean. It was my mistake not to buy some water before leaving to an event I was in a rush to get to but I just wished that for the price at least we had two bottles of water in each room."

"Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again."
