"Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. "

"The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion."
