This hotel has been beautifully renovated and my room was clean and exceptionally comfortable to stay in. I was so impressed by all of the thoughtful details that went into the design of my room and the hotel overall. The staff were also lovely and kind, and the hotel was very conveniently located. Newly renovated, even had the plastic striping on the tv from the packaging! Everything feels fresh and new, including bed linen, towels etc. The location is great as it is around the corner from Bourke Street mall, but the rooms are very quiet, you can hardly hear any outside noise. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again so highly recommend.
